The European Impact Crusher is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, cement, chemical industry, refractory materials and ceramics and other industrial sectors, and is widely used in highway construction, water conservancy projects, building crushing and mechanical sand processing, etc. It is ideal for coarse, medium and fine crushing of various soft and medium hard ores.

The European Impact Crusher uses impact energy to crush the material. When the material enters the plate hammer zone, it is crushed by the high speed impact of the plate hammer and thrown to the impact device installed above the rotor to be crushed again, and then bounced back to the plate hammer zone from the impact liner to be crushed again. This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the required size and discharged from the lower part of the machine. The gap between the impact frame and the rotor frame can be adjusted to change the size and shape of the material.

[Heavy Duty Rotor]: The heavy-duty rotor is made of welded steel plates to achieve higher rotational inertia, greater crushing force and higher crushing efficiency. The rotor is tested in many ways using rigorous testing methods to ensure high quality and performance. [Integral cast steel bearing housing]: The bearing housing adopts integral cast steel structure to ensure complete fit with the crusher frame, increasing the radial strength of the bearing housing and improving the load resistance. Larger bearing sizes are selected for higher load carrying capacity. [Crescent shaped plate hammer]: The crescent-shaped plate hammer is used to change the impact angle and increase the effective impact area, resulting in higher efficiency and durability. The plate hammer is fixed with a wedge axial limiting device, the faster the rotor speed, the more firmly the plate hammer is fixed, and the more convenient the disassembly and assembly. [Spring safety device]: When non-crushing material enters the crushing chamber, the front and rear impact frames retreat and the non-crushing material is discharged from the machine to resume normal operation, eliminating the potential problem of jamming. The impact frame adopts wave type design, which is more resistant to impact and wear. [Hydraulic jacking device]: The hydraulic top-opening device (opening the hinged frame cover) can quickly replace wearing parts and adjust the size of the discharge, saving labour and downtime.
