HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher integrates mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation and intelligent control technologies, which can be widely used in medium, fine and ultra-fine crushing operations in metal and non-metal mining, cement, sand and gravel, metallurgy and other industries. It has the advantages of high crushing efficiency, low production cost, easy maintenance and adjustment, and excellent granularity of crushed products.

The HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is mainly composed of the upper frame, middle frame (medium crushing type), lower frame, moving cone, eccentric sleeve, transmission part, hydraulic cylinder part and other components. When working, the motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, and the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the gears, and then the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to make circular oscillation, so as to achieve continuous crushing of the stone.

[Optimised body and cavity design]: Enhanced frame structure design, key parts are inspected and accepted by non-destructive testing, higher strength of the machine body and more reliable operation. Optimized crushing cavity design, while ensuring high efficiency of laminated crushing, the crushing effect of the equipment is not affected by the wear of the liner plate. [Multiple modes switchable at will]: The fully automatic control system provides users with a variety of control modes such as manual control, automatic load, automatic discharge port and automatic double discharge port, with a high degree of visualisation, reducing the user's operational difficulties. [Positive pressure and dust protection reduces maintenance]: The positive pressure and dust protection system makes the internal pressure of the crushing chamber always higher than the external pressure, effectively reducing dust or other fine particles from entering the crushing chamber and polluting the lubricating oil and damaging the bearings, enhancing the service life of the crusher and reducing maintenance workload. [Hydraulic lubrication station integration]: The hydraulic station and lubrication station are designed to be integrated, saving installation space; the hydraulic system is designed in a high pressure way to meet common pressure requirements, with a high pressure margin when the equipment is in operation, improving the reliability of the hydraulic system.
